DIRECTORY OF AGRICULTURAL LIBRARIES IN THE AMERICAS.

Dear participants in the directory of libraries:

We have begun the process of reviewing and updating the directory of agricultural libraries in the Americas. Please let us know therefore if the data contained in the current data base is correct and, if not, please make the necessary changes.

Please inform us of any changes that you make.

You may access the directory as follows:

1. Open the directory and review the relevant data: www.sidalc.net/directoriob

2. Above your data you will see the MFN, which is the MFN number assigned to your library.

3. If any changes are to be made, click on the MFN.

4. Next, enter the username sidalc and the password directory.

5. Click on the button to the left [UPDATE]. A list with data on libraries will be displayed. Type in your MFN number.

6. Once the datum on your library has been displayed on the screen, click on one of the two links [View] and [Update] found at the top of the screen. By clicking

on [View] you will

see all the data, and on [Update] you will be able to update them.

7. Click on [SAVE] to store the updated data.

8. Click on [Logout] to exit the data base.
